If for any reason You are dissatisfied with Your purchase, You may return the Product(s) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Order, in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, according to the process described below.

Download the Return Form and complete it in its entirety, clearly indicating the Order Number and Your personal information.

After completing the Return Form in its entirety, send it by e-mail to info@idealgas.it, together with the Order Confirmation that was sent to You at the time of the Order.

From this moment a member of the Idealgas Company S.r.l. team shall verify Your information. If You have any questions about Your return, You shall be contacted by our Customer Service. Then, or if all the return details are sufficient and correct, You shall receive an e-mail authorizing the return.

Prepare the package for return and remember to place the completed Return Form in the box, along with the Order Confirmation.

Send Your return to the following address, within 7 (seven) days of receiving the email authorizing the return:

Keep the shipping receipt.

We shall notify You as soon as the shipment arrives at our warehouse. All details provided shall be verified and, if everything is correct, we shall refund the full amount of the specified Products as soon as possible, using the same payment method that You used for the purchase. Please note that we shall use the payment details of Your Order to process the refund. Processing and refunding Your return may take between 5 (five) and 14 (fourteen) business days. We shall contact You if, during the verification of Your return, we notice that any of the Products are missing or damaged.
