Shipping Time

The delivery times given below are for guidance only and are not binding on the Seller.

In Italy, delivery shall take place within 2/3 (two/three) working days from the day the Order Confirmation is sent to the Consumer by the Seller. For the islands, Calabria and Puglia within 5/6 (five/six) working days from the day the Order Confirmation is sent to the Consumer by the Seller.

In the countries of the European Union, delivery shall take place within 7/10 (seven/ten) working days, starting from the day the Order Confirmation is sent to the Consumer by the Seller.

For all other destinations, delivery shall take place within 10 (ten) working days from the day the Order Confirmation is sent to the Consumer by the Seller.

In the event that the Order Confirmation indicates different delivery terms, the latter shall prevail over the terms listed above.

For deliveries to countries with customs clearance procedures, delays from the above estimates may occur.

It is excluded any liability of the Seller in case of delays in respect of the above deadlines, provided that, in compliance with Article 61 of the Consumer Code, deliveries shall in any case take place within the maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, starting from the day of sending the Order Confirmation, according to the terms of law.

The times herein indicated are to be understood net of bad weather, customs problems, poor locations.

Deliveries may be delayed in case of:

inventory or extraordinary need;

holidays: by way of example but not exhaustive, Christmas, August and national holidays (such as, for example, 25 April for Italy, 14 July in France, etc.);

force majeure events: events independent of the control of the parties involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, epidemics, roadblocks for strikes, demonstrations, road accidents, visits by public figures, etc.;

special promotional events.

Carriers do not make deliveries on public holidays and holidays, including national holidays (such as, for example, Christmas, August, April 25 in Italy, July 14 in France, etc.)

For Orders placed by credit card to the normal shipping times, it’s necessary to add 1 (one) working day for normal administrative checks.

These provisions are drafted both in Italian and in English. In the event of discrepancies regarding the interpretation of this dispositions, the text in the Italian language shall prevail.
