For deliveries to countries with customs clearance procedures, delays from the above estimates may occur.<\/p>\n
It is excluded any liability of the Seller in case of delays in respect of the above deadlines, provided that, in compliance with Article 61 of the Consumer Code, deliveries shall in any case take place within the maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, starting from the day of sending the Order Confirmation, according to the terms of law.<\/p>\n
