Major credit and prepaid cards are accepted, such as Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Visa Electron, PostePay and American Express. Payment by credit cards shall be made at no additional charge.<\/p>\n

Every purchase is made in the utmost security through the use of the most advanced technological systems in the field of e-commerce and with encryption systems (SSL) to protect the Consumer’s personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. Credit card information is sent, during the placing of the Order, to Global Collect, and is protected against unauthorized access by SSL (\u201cSecure Socket Layer<\/em>\u201d) encrypted data transfer. Such data are not accessible to third parties.<\/p>\n

Upon submission of the Order Proposal, only the commitment of the amount shall be made: the actual charge shall occur only at the time of Order Confirmation. In the event that it is not possible to charge the amount, the Order Proposal shall be automatically cancelled. It should be noted that the Seller is not able to fully know the information relating to the credit card used by the Consumer, which is handled directly by the third party administering the payment. For this reason, the Seller shall not be aware of such data, nor shall it retain them, but shall only have access to the only partial information that the Consumer decides to save (for example type of card, expiration date of the card, holder), insufficient to identify the card but useful to the Consumer in case of subsequent purchases. Under no circumstances, therefore, can the Seller be held liable for fraudulent use of credit and prepaid cards by third parties.<\/p>\n

The Seller shall promptly transmit to the Consumer, if required by applicable law, in electronic format via e-mail to the address declared by the same, the tax receipt relating to the purchase made, if the Products purchased are intended to be delivered within the Italian territory, or attached in paper format to the Products purchased, in all other cases.<\/p>\n

These Terms of Payment are drafted both in Italian and in English.
